• Swimmers

    • Two towels (one to dry with and one to sit on)

    • A full water bottle

    • Reef shoes or flipflops

Please note there are no changing facilities at either of our seafront sites, so please bring a dry robe if you have one to change in or wear your swimmers.

Please arrive promptly for your session to get the most out of your sauna time.

  • We are lucky to have two saunas at amazing seafront locations, in Exmouth and Teignmouth.  When you book your session the location is listed for that session. Your confirmation email will include the exact location of the sauna, with directions and a Google maps link.

  • All sites have lots of car park options nearby.

The closest parking to our Teignmouth Sauna is The Promenade, where you can park for free for one hour. In Exmouth it’s Queen's Drive Car Park, EX8 2AY (near the Crazy Golf).

  • We monitor the weather really closely. In exceptional circumstances we may need to reschedule or cancel sessions based on poor weather.

If we cancel a session, we’ll always notify you asap and provide you with a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

Please note - we do not cancel sauna sessions when the sea conditions are unsafe to swim. At both sites we have alternative options to cool down safely on these occasions and never encourage people to swim when it appears unsafe to do so.

We do not offer refunds if you have booked a sauna session and the sea is unsafe to enter. The sea is an incredible bonus addition to use alongside your sauna session - when safe to do so.

  • We love the contrast of cold and hot, but it isn't for everyone and we understand that!  Being located at the seafront means that the opportunity to dip is there for those who want it before or after your sauna session.

However, please note that the water conditions, tides and weather can be unsafe and unpredictable so it may not always be safe to get in the water. You do so at your own risk.

We also provide pour buckets and a plunge bath at our Exmouth site so there’s no need to go in the sea at all.

  • If you need to reschedule your sauna session this must be done at least 72 hours before the booking. We are a small not for profit and late cancellations do impact us.

If you do not turn up to your session and do not notify us in advance, we are unfortunately unable to rearrange your booking to another time.

We do not offer refunds, so please check your diary to make sure you are free for the session you wish to book.

  • We are thrilled to be able to offer ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ sessions in Teignmouth and ‘Feel Good Friday’ sessions in Exmouth , where discounted sessions are offered to anyone who cannot afford a full price session.

Simply use one of the following codes at the checkout:

    • WELLBEINGWED25% for 25% off

    • WELLBEINGWED50% for 50% off

We fully recognise that some people are experiencing severe financial difficulty. For anyone in this situation, we strongly encourage you to contact us via email or social media message, and we will provide you with a code to use to book your sauna free of charge.

If you can afford a full priced session, or feel like ‘paying it forward’ we encourage this too as it enables us to continue offering sauna sessions to the community regardless of their income or financial situation.

To 'pay it forward' just select more than one slot and drop us an email to let us know.

We can't wait to see you there.

  • Due to our insurance the minimum age is 16.

  • Our saunas seats 8 people at one time.

  • Currently, all the sessions that are bookable via the webite are public sessions, meaning that you will be sharing the sauna with other people.

You are welcome to book out a whole slot for you and friends/family, or contact us directly to arrange a private booking.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t - we encourage you to embrace the wild and bring a changing robe/big warm clothes/dressing gown (we’ve seen it all!) to throw on after your sauna.

  • Of course!

We encourage everyone to cool off outside the sauna, whenever they feel they need to. Sauna is not about “toughing it out” - it’s supposed to be joyful and feel good!

Please note if you enter the sea before or after your sauna session you enter at your own risk.

  • Please do not bring your dog/s with you if you are booked for a sauna session. There is nowhere safe to leave them whilst you sauna, and it can disturb other sauna users.
